CNG Software provides AI automation services for small businesses, including but not limited to automated reporting, document processing, lead capture, customer success workflows, API integrations, and custom automation solutions. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

9. SMS Messaging Program Terms

CNG Software LLC operates an AI voice receptionist that answers inbound calls placed to the number attached to the AI agent. CNG Software LLC is the sole sender of these SMS messages and does not send on behalf of any third party. When a caller asks to book an appointment, the AI agent sends an SMS only after the caller verbally agrees, and only to either the number of the inbound call or a mobile number the caller dictates and confirms back.

Appointment booking links sent in response to a caller's request, plus occasional promotional or marketing messages (such as service updates, offers, or announcements) to numbers that have opted in.

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent from that number.

How We Collect Consent

End-users opt in by providing verbal consent during the call. Before requesting consent, the AI agent discloses the sender (CNG Software LLC), the types of messages sent, the message frequency (1-4 messages/month), that message and data rates may apply, and STOP / HELP instructions, and references these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Opt-in occurs after the end-user verbally says “YES,” “OK,” or a similar confirmation. A full transcript and screenshot of the verbal opt-in exchange is available for reference. Each call is recorded and the recording, along with a timestamp, is retained as proof of consent.

Mobile Information & Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information collected by CNG Software LLC exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers and consent records collected for SMS are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
