9. SMS Messaging Program Terms

CNG Software LLC sends transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer-service messages) only to users who have opted in by submitting our written SMS sign-up form. CNG Software LLC is the sole sender of these SMS messages and does not send on behalf of any third party. Messages are sent only to the mobile number the user submitted on the sign-up form.

How We Collect Consent

End-users opt in by submitting our written SMS sign-up form. The form discloses the sender (CNG Software LLC), the types of messages sent, the message frequency (1-4 messages/month), that message and data rates may apply, STOP / HELP instructions, and links to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Opt-in is recorded only after the user checks the consent checkbox and submits the form. The submitted form data, along with a timestamp, is retained as proof of consent.

Mobile Information & Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information collected by CNG Software LLC exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers and consent records collected for SMS are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts.
