SMS Policy

1. SMS Messaging Program

CNG Software LLC operates an AI voice receptionist that answers inbound calls placed to the number attached to the AI agent. CNG Software LLC is the sole sender of these SMS messages and does not send on behalf of any third party. When a caller asks to book an appointment, the AI agent sends an SMS only after the caller verbally agrees, and only to either the number of the inbound call or a mobile number the caller dictates and confirms back.

Program Description:

Appointment booking links sent in response to a caller's request via our AI voice receptionist, plus occasional promotional or marketing messages (such as service updates, offers, or announcements) to numbers that have opted in.

1-4 messages/month.

Opt-Out (STOP):

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent from that number.

End-users opt in by providing verbal consent during the call. Before requesting consent, the AI agent discloses the sender (CNG Software LLC), the types of messages sent, the message frequency (1-4 messages/month), that message and data rates may apply, and STOP / HELP instructions, and references our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Opt-in occurs after the end-user verbally says “YES,” “OK,” or a similar confirmation. A full transcript and screenshot of the verbal opt-in exchange is available for reference. Each call is recorded and the recording, along with a timestamp, is retained as proof of consent.

2. Mobile Information & SMS Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, and consent records are used solely to deliver the SMS you requested, to operate our messaging program, and to maintain consent and compliance records as required by applicable law and carrier rules. We may share this information only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the message (for example, our SMS infrastructure provider, Twilio), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

CNG Software LLC does not share or sell phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
